Starting on drywalling the walls

I wouldn't be putting up more drywall yet, but I want to get the house refinanced to take advantage of the stupidly low interest rates and get rid of PMI.  Talking to the people at the bank, I need to at least have the drywall up to get it appraised, and with the way the housing market is going that should be enough to refinance.  I'll definitely have to take a decent amount of this down in the future to do more behind it, but at least it'll already be cut.

Apparently I didn't take as many pictures as I normally would for this, but I guess I just wanted to get it done so I didn't.  This is the first bedroom, and I got it mostly done except for one piece in the closet.  Since there wasn't much more to do in the closet I also did the insulation in there.

Rubber roofing

Finally time to actually start on the rubber roof.  That plastic I put down held up surprisingly well for how long it was there. Had to put ...
